L'Oreal's new H.I.P. line is aimed more for women of color too.
I've been focusing on foundation, as that's the main problem that "women of color" (I put quotation marks around it as it's a marketing rubric more than anything else). While it's true that L'Oreal HIP has an extensive selection of shades for women of color, it's reduced the number of outlets that carry the foundations. However, you can still find them at Wal-Mart and Rite-Aid.
